How the routine works

  1. Step 1 · Wind down

    About an hour before bed, take Unwind (magnesium glycinate) with water. This is the part of the evening where you're trying to shift out of the day — phone down, lights lower, body temperature dropping.†

Common questions

Will this make me groggy in the morning?

It shouldn't. The melatonin dose in Night is intentionally on the lower side, and magnesium glycinate is well-tolerated overnight. Most next-day grogginess from sleep supplements comes from high-dose melatonin (5–10mg), which this isn't.

Can I take Night every single night, or is it for occasional use?

Either works. The bundle is sized for daily use across ~30 days, but plenty of people use Unwind nightly and reserve Night for the harder ones — late shifts, jet lag, travel weeks, or stretches of stress. There's no dependency profile on these ingredients, but if you want a break, take one.

How is this different from just taking melatonin?

Melatonin alone tells the brain it's nighttime — useful, but only one piece. Night layers it under traditional calming botanicals (valerian, chamomile, lemon balm, passion flower) plus GABA and L-tryptophan, so the experience is more 'evening winding down' than 'sudden chemical lights-out'.†

I already take magnesium. Do I need Unwind?

Depends on the form. Magnesium oxide and citrate are common but often hit the gut harder and don't absorb as well as glycinate. If what you're taking already works for you in the evening, skip Unwind and use Night on its own — or get the bundle to switch over.

Can I take this with my other supplements or medication?

For most healthy adults, the bundle stacks fine with a standard daily routine.
