California Proposition 65

Last updated: 2026-05-03

Notice to California residents

California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65, requires businesses to provide a clear and reasonable warning to California consumers before knowingly and intentionally exposing them to chemicals the State of California has identified as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Our approach

KAEVO is committed to complying with Proposition 65. Where a product we ship to California requires a Proposition 65 warning, that warning will appear on the product label or packaging and on the corresponding product detail page on this site.

The list of chemicals covered by Proposition 65 is updated by the State of California at least once each year and currently contains more than 900 substances. Many of these occur naturally and at low levels in foods and beverages.
