Where we ship
KAEVO ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Rates
- Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $79.00.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days from the time your order ships, depending on destination. Holiday and promotional periods may add a few additional business days.
Order changes and address corrections
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at support@kaevo.co as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, email support@kaevo.co with your order number and we will help track it down.
