30-day satisfaction guarantee
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@kaevo.co with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
What we cannot accept
- Opened or used products, unless damaged on arrival.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Final-sale items, where marked as such at purchase.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
